Visited you guys on Saturday night amazing food +shisha +service anyone wants a good experience and has a good taste of food I would recommend this place 5 out of 5
I had an amazing night at sandflames 👌🏽👌🏽We had our friends birthday party there, the atmosphere is absolutely buzzing and amazing , the food was cooked perfectly and so scrumcious👌🏽👌🏽 , and the staff are so polite. I never have a problem whenever me or my friends go, its a buzzing olace with a nice mixed crowd . Sandflames has me as a regular .

Sisha venue with a a number of TV screens and a DJ. Not a bad place at all. It is a bit out of the way and parking can be a little bit of an issue but worth a visit.
Staff are not as intentive as you would like but maybe we picked the wrong day.
This was a quick visit so need to go again to try the rest of the menu and looked like a good range of desserts also worth trying.
I did they the mocktail : Tropical flames but this was a very sweet and artificial in taste. So i would avoid this in the future, not much of a mocktail range to be honest and would have expected more.
Cheese Bites - Nice and tasty
Chicken Wings - Really nice - not that spicy but chicken was just falling off the bone - really worth a try
Nachos with Chilli - Nice portion size and tasted good - ok not fresh nachos just the crisps but still not bad
Food generally good and will come again to taste their burgers and looks like a really good dessert menu and seen their ice cream dessert so will need to go back for that but i hope next time the service can be a bit better.

I had the chicken steak and it was absolutely delicious. I would recommend to try the mushroom sauce.
Shisha was Perfect .... Coal was changed regularly and Someone was over to make sure it was smoking smoothly.
I will definitely recommend a visit or 2 ;)
Loved the place in North Acton, one of the best Shisha in West London, great customer service with great Vibes and belly dancing.
Ossama and the rest of the staff were great, looking after us.

The location was right near my air bnb and thought I’d go check it out for shisha. I was very happy to find this place! The place is very nice with great music and vibe. Amazing service! Great quality shisha with a lot of variety of flavours available! Mousa served us and we were very happy to pick his brain for the best flavours to try!
Must visit for any shisha lover…once you get here just ask for Mousa and you’ll be all set :)
Doha was a very good hostess, her services were impeccable. She took very good care of us, she was very welcoming and she was one of the best hostess that I have ever come across. As it was my daughter’s graduation day, she was very kind hearted and was nonetheless just an amazing person. This is why I highly recommend this place due to her services.
Very friendly staff and amazing service. Especially a very lovely waitress called Doha made me and my friends feel so comfortable and welcome and would always ask if we need anything else. 10/10 shisha, service and staff!!! Defo Recommend

Enjoyed a birthday here yesterday and it was a really nice experience. Thank you to all the attentive staff especially to a staff member who was a young man with green eyes didnt get his name he was very respectful and helpful. Will be back soon 🤪
Lovely food, reasonably priced. Just didn't realise that they had no alcohol license. But, still had a great night.
What amazing place, we went last night with my friends, the place is clean and the food is amazing. Doha really thanks for help us choosing a right Shisha as it was my first time smoking and she suggest to us a light flavour, she so friendly and lovely lady. I will back soon.
