Perfect lunch spot when you are busy but still want to eat something healthy. Lots of veggie options, but if you don't want to resign from meat you can also get it there! Meal with two sides will be more than enough, but haven't tried large options yet

I often work in the area and in my opinion this is the best place for lunch. It's healthy too. Very different from other Vietnamese food. Pomegranate chicken is my favourite along with their pearl barley salad. Highly recommended.

I've been to Market Green's stall in Spitalfield market and the food is really good. tried the vegetarian and the pomegranate chicken and both were great. portions are good, service is fast-ish and prices are reasonable-ish for the area. overall one of the tastiest, healthiest options around (chicken is a bit too oily so please take this into account.) Haven't been to the restaurant so can't really comment about that.

Fresh healthy and tasty, a winner combination. Each day a selection of protein, sides and bases. These can be combined for a great lunch box.

I'm delighted to have found another healthy lunch option around Liverpool Street/Aldgate. The food was delicious - I had the sweet potato Tagine with brown rice, and 2 sides which consisted of half an avocado and a pear & cheddar salad - all for only £6. Not many places offer brown rice so that was also a plus.
