I do love a Starbucks coffee once in a while but I have been to some with lacklustre service and what a fresh break this one was.
The service here is fantastic, was so patiently told which drink to pick and what modifications should I try, and the drink that I was handed did feel like was made with love.
Was served by Natalia and Eyob and they were absolutely wonderful and kind. Would definitely recommend :)

I ordered a iced macha from here and I enjoyed it very much. The staff are friendly and waiting time wasn't too long.

Popped into here for a takeaway coffee before jumping on the tube. The service was quick and efficient with a good sized clean seating area.
There was a great range of drinks and food.
It's right next to Warren Street Station which is really handy.
Staff were great, attentive and knew their stuff. The atmosphere was awful as lots of drunk people hanging outside and it was only 6pm in the evening.
I have to say the staff here are very polite, enthusiastic and friendly. As simple as that. I felt welcome so thank you. Only came in here for a vegan sandwich which they didn't have (hence the 4 star) but was happy and very satisfied for the service. A little goes a long way.
I prefer the Starbucks cold coffee drinks than anywhere else. Great customer service and you can collect points by registering with them
Somebody needs to deal with the group of guys who are here everyday charging their phones at the front.
This morning 4 were crowded in the corner with their videophones on loudspeaker, 2 of the them spitting in the bin. Not nice and 2 other female customers looked quite intimidated.
The staff here are all lovely and welcoming every time I pop in for a coffee.

Tucked away opposite Warren St Station. Lovely attentive service staff. Nice place to chill for a quick coffee with simple non invasive music wafting through the shop.. The Mocha (Coconut Milk/Soya cream top) is divine…Grande hits the spot. 😌

I have been coming to this Starbucks ever since it opened as I live a few blocks down, I really love the friendly environment created by the staff, everytime I have been here they have greeted me and if they are really busy, they acknowledge me and let me know they will be with me shortly) the supervisor Maya was really helpful when I had a few inquiries about trying different coffee beans and faryal (if I remember correctly, forgive me if I have spelt it wrong) was a delight to order from and the coffee tasted just as delightful.
If there were things i could change would be how some customers speak to the members of staff mainly from the hospital next door as they seem to think there job means they can talk to the staff however they please. As witnessing this is uncomfortable as the staff plod on politely and efficiently, if this was me I would fly off the handle. Selection of coffee is good and the “coffee masters” are really masters at making them.

I was very happy to stop by this spot. It maybe smaller sized Caffe but the staff is very friendly. The place is well kept.

Very conveniently located with seats inside and outside, great for a quick bite and have a large selection of snacks and drinks. A part of the team were extremely friendly and just lovely, but not everyone. Other than that, it's great, good quality drinks, covid measures are in place and a decent atmosphere.
