Went for the first time ever today as I’m working in the area for a few days . Really was something special . No idea why it’s called John Charlick Foods because this is totally old school London Italian and absolutely fantastic . È stato un piacere : Grazie 🙏🏼 mille ragazzi !
Their Smoked Trout sandwich is one of best sandwiches I've ever had. Some days I find myself thinking about it.

Best sandwich in London hands down. Very reasonably priced as well for the portion size. Owners and staff are also the nicest people, friendly atmosphere everytime. Can't recommend this place enough!
I have used John Charlick for catering lunches for groups of 10-12 people and there is always more food than we can eat. Their famous Chocolate cake is the talk of all my guests.
