Loved it here. It's clean and the place is relaxed and friendly. There were babies there with their dalston yummy mummies, so be warned if that bothers you. I had the £10 lunch of salmon sashimi don and an iced green latte. Both really good. There was a raw egg yolk in the dish, which scared me a b
Yakitori restaurant. The highlights were the tsukune and the katsu scotch egg. Truly exceptional. Chilli cucumber is also excellent - fresh with a little kick. The tebasaki and negima was a bit too fatty for my liking. The housemade pickles were also a disappointment. Looking forward to returning.
Really cool and authentic Japanese street food spot. Favorites were the beef tataki and the shitake skewers. The margaritas were very tasty too! Only giving 4 stars because service was a little slow and they ran out of the aubergine miso skewers by the time someone got to us. Will have to try them n
Good service and even better food. Top notch spot and great atmosphere. Highly recommended early on a weekday if you want it nice and quiet.
Ordered the pork tonkatsu don for lunch and the quality of which was a surprise. Deep fried pork Liam was tender with the Japanese yuzu sauce. Together with a runny egg, nori, spinach and kimchi, it was a good lunch. However not a 5 star because of consistency. Went there a few times before and qual
Fantastic place simple yet elegant both in their interior design and the presentation of their dishes. Good options for vegetarian and also coffees/teas. Be careful of the matcha latte it is very sweet. I have been here multiple times already and will continue to do so
Amazing cocktails & very nice food. This place is really good if you want to eat by your own. Great service too.
Great little place. Lovely idea and well executed. Every dish a treat and the place encourages sharing which I support! Real buzz about the place and very friendly staff.
Amazing venison tartare special with egg yolk. All food we had was tasty and beautifully presented. Small plates not too pricey.
Cool and trendy spot. Liked the music. Food was great, reminded me of my time in Tokyo.
Love the food and bar itself, cosy and peaceful, small tables and stools. The food was very nice and the staff friendly. Definitely a place to come back :)
Almost like food at yakitori alley in Tokyo ;) Every single dish we tried was spot on!
It feels like the isakya’s in Tokyo, good food. The best in my eyes? The tights and the shirtake skewers
