We ate at the Crowne Plaza Urban Brasserie and had a delightful time there. Our server Sandra from Goa was so friendly, kind, and helpful, recommending the curry to my wife and endorsing my decision to get the delicious steak. The hostesses was extremely friendly immediately upon entering, and politely asked us questions about our day.
Sandra and her associate made us feel welcome and at home in a large international airport hotel which is no small feat. Thank you, Sandra.

The food was absolutely delicious. I love that the menu was a mix of cultures. The ambiance was wonderful and the decor of the restaurant was very glamorous. The servers were very polite and pleasant. If you stay at the Crowne Plaza, this place is a must.

The sea bass was excellent. Service was great. Super convenient since we were staying at the holiday in upstairs. They let me take my dessert to my room, even though they don’t do to go.

The restaurant does exist. It isn't cheap, but who expects airport food to be cheap? After a frantic few weeks in the UK eating all sorts, a tasty curry with naan was called for as well as a nicely spicy tempura veg plate.

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews about this place, it truly is excellent. Perhaps you shouldn't order a steak from an Indian restaurant? Great friendly service and great curries. The kids meals are fantastic and the chef prepared the meal with special preferences. Highly recommended. Don't listen to the 6 fools who left reviews.
