Great place for pizza & a pint. Not the best pizza I've ever had, base was a bit thick/dry, but they do sell dipping sauce for the crust. Love that if you buy a pizza you get a pint for £1/£2 (depending on your drink of choice). Staff were friendly.
A solid pub off the main drag nearby to Old Street. There’s a nice albeit small outside area for the nicer days.
The drink selection is pretty standard and it’s better than some of the average venues in the locality.
The service was solid and efficient. Do I need to profess about individual staff members and their service quoting them by name? No I don’t as that’s quite unlikely although that’s what some more suspect reviews may suggest. If this pub does normally give you their name when serving on a busy evening then I must’ve missed out.
All the same it’s not too bad for the area.
Great beer and pizza is so so good! Went twice while doing an abnb and will definitely go back. Service was amazing 1. They are so nice!
I really enjoy the Whitecross tap. Their pizzas are fantastic and they only do pizza so it's even better because they stick what they know! Simple yet great. Atmosphere is always good 👍
I wish I could give this place a 6 star review but unfortunately that cannot happen...
I have never been so welcomed in a pub having moved over from South Africa 2 years ago and everything service, food, and atmosphere is impeccable!
I highly recommend going to this pub whether it is for some pints or some pizza, maybe even both!
ps. the Guinness pour is top class!
Had a nice time here on Friday night they have Happy hour between 16:00 and 20:00 hrs good service.
Absolutely brilliant pub! The staff here were so accommodating, the pizzas were brilliant and exceptionally well priced. This pub is an absolute gem in the middle of London and I'd highly recommend for a great atmosphere and good value.
Great bar hidden just outside the city hub. Been here for drinks a few times after a day in the office. Great service from the staff and a lovely little courtyard out the back.
Usual selection of drinks. Nothings out of the ordinary. Not for beer / wine connoisseurs.
Good atmosphere. Nice standing/ seating area outside.

Best pub in London! Since moving to Old Street, we’ve quickly adopted the White Cross Tap as our favoured local. The consistently friendly service, great range of drinks, and unrivalled pizzas are to die for! If you’re in the area, I’d highly recommend popping in to their beer garden for a 2-4-1 cocktail in the sun.
