I just want to take a moment to express my gratitude for the excellent customer service I received today in Wasabi store in kings way .I was served by a lovely lady. Her name starts with Ven or something like this. She was really friendly and very professional . I would say, the food was really delicious. I had actually sweet chilli chicken bento . Hi everyone nice to come back again after 11 months. I was so happy shop is still same conditions as was before. Nice clean and tidy. Im only eating if shop is tidy and clean!!!! Clean is 5 ⭐️.A lot food some new sushi menu. Nice place for have your late breakfast because they open 11 am and lunch… good music and atmosphere inside shop. So you can relax bring you computer and do your work then you have your breakfast or…,I was saying if good management so you bring 5 ⭐️ servings for customer!!!!! Good job Wasabi keep going that way . Recommend everyone to come and have a good food and time!!!! I take some pictures I added!!!!

I can only speak for the sushi coz that’s the only one we’ve tried - but it was really good for the price (we paid 10£ for 2 ppl), it also had a variety of different pieces to try in the box.
Another nice thing is that they close at 20:30 and we got there 20:25 and they still took the time to serve us and were being so kind :’) so thank you!!🍣

I have been in wasabi last Monday and I can tell I had a great customer service. Soraya and Liliana were so welcoming and caring. It was almost closing time and they were still happy to welcome us and let us eating in. It was lovely spending time there. Thank you

Pretty standard Japanese food. Closing time is a bit later than usual at 9pm which makes the half price meals a bit too late for dinners. Food is great but a bit too salty though
