A very nice coffee with ample seating space, making it ideal for work or meetings. The service is friendly, and they have a large selection of drinks. A great place to spend time if you are in the area.
Lovely "coffee bar" we were fortunate to sit outside in the lovely sunshine...to enjoy my Beetroot latte and Chocolate Guinness cake. Fast service enough, though it was busy.
Coming here after a swim or when rushing around doing chores is such a treat. The coffee is fantastic (best in Crouch Wnd or Finsbury Park) and any food I get - especially the jalapeño muffins or spiced Lemon Cake is delicious. But the lovely staff are the icing on the cake. Thanks for always being

V&VW serves some of the best coffee (to my taste/opinion) in all of London (and a close tie for UK wide too), it’s perfect creamy/smooth, with very nice soft notes! (And I’m not the kind to talk much about notes!)
Additionally the breakfast options are very nice , the staff is friendly and overall

Fantastic coffee, including cold brew and batch filter. All friendly and efficient, and you can sit outside in the sun.

I came to Velasquez and Van Wezel since my son was a child(he is 17 now) and it is always a pleasure to enjoy a coffee /food as they improved recently the layout of their shop .
Alright cappuccino but their espresso was a little sour and hard to drink. The brownie they serve is amazing but they don't really have much of a variety in terms of fresh and healthy savoury options which is a bit of a shame. Their staff was lovely, however.

If you want an exceptional coffee and the most delicious cakes made by lovely people, this is the place to be! I’ve worked as a barista for many years and it doesn’t get better than this.
