Small Cafe located in a former Pharmacy that was once used and held warrants for The Prince of Wales and The Queens Mother. Lovely dated antique interior with the original fittings. Including all the drawers that would held various tinctures and herbs used by the first pharmacist. Each draw now contains little notes left by customers who have visited. Not your usual robot shop. All the staff are individual and different. A new experience each time you visit. :-) lovely food.

Lovely food and small, intimate vibe. Highly recommend the food.
Small note: they don't accept cards, so make sure you have cash!

It was raining we decided to visit this place seat and chill and wait for the rain to pass.... we decided to have cake and coffee.
We ordered a hot chocolate , water and a mocha plus couple of cakes unfortunately the guy said we don’t take cards payments so we had to cancelled the order of the cakes since we had only cash for the coffees and water.
We were waiting for our coffees to be delivered and the guy nicely gave us a piece of cake to share for free. I though was a nice gesture.
The place inside is not big you have more seating spaces outside .
The toilet was clean
The place is very old fashion I did enjoyed was like be in the 1800s or in those old movies

This is a fab cafe about 3 mins walk from Victoria station. Really good coffee , cake and very nice service, all wrapped up in an old chemists shop that allegedly once prescribed potions for the queen. Recommended

I have just discovered this little jem and I can already define it to be mine best coffee shop experience in London! When you get into this small place (close to Victoria station) you are welcomed by a smile and meet with calm, attentiveness, and cheerfulness approach by the very goof staff. In my personal records I can recall a delicious pecan cake, a super helpful waitress, and a manager that just because I asked where could I buy a postal stamp, he does not hesitate one second and gives one to me of his own for free! I am looking forward for coming back. Thanks

A delicious Croque Monsieur Poilane, using the sourdough bread from the associated bakery, plus full English, a couple of delicious cakes and coffee. Perfect refreshments to set us up on the way to Chelsea Flower Show. Only downside was cash only!

Really nice, high quality food! Also loved the quirky colonial north africa theme! Service lets them down a bit (fairly slow and we had a waitress who was a bit wednesday addams) plus no card machine without warning

The BEST coffee we found in London plus great sweets and lunch. The staff were friendly and attentive. We went back every day! Try it!
