Costa Coffee

So I spin the wheel for £1 and Gina the staff manager says I didn’t win when it was clearly on the Free Hot Drink. I’m not a cry baby but obviously I’m not happy with the fact that I won and just because Gina thinks it was on the line I no longer get a free drink. Rubbish. Never going here again. Also decides to call me big man because I tipped the spinning thing over. And lol anyway, I sent my complaint to Costa HQ and they sai they will do thier instigation but they instantly offered me the free drink I earned/won. I will be changing my review to 5 stars now. No one is perfect, but it is nice to see someone or a company that can see their mistake and own up to it and even compensate for the pain in the but they may have caused. hehe thanks!

Was a good customer service, had an good order. Not entirely sure if you can go wrong with a beverage shop as they all do the same thing really, I give this review a 4 only because the environment wasn't really too great but its not Costas fault just silly people around I apologise for the scrutinisation

Best place for a coffee if you want quality. Their seating places are very comfortable and ideal if you are meeting up with friends. I use the place for having meetings with my staff and suppliers if there are no meeting rooms at work. It breaks the formality. They have various snacks but they are pricey. But for coffee and other refreshments they are class. Good on try it out yourself. You won't regret it.
