My day only starts when I had my cappuccino at the Black Sheep in the Southbank Center, For years I have kept to this routine ! Not only is the coffee always the best quality, it’s also the friendly team that greats me always and we have a bit of banter! There is Luke, James, Konrad, Ellen, Mylena, Mela…. Also some regulars that feel the same about our Black Sheep add to the atmosphere!

Black Sheep Coffee Shop is an absolute gem! I give it 5 stars without hesitation. The coffee here is truly exceptional, a delightful escape into rich, aromatic bliss with every sip. Their desserts are equally divine, the perfect sweet accompaniment to the outstanding brews. What sets Black Sheep apart is its cozy ambiance, making it an ideal spot to unwind and chat with friends or dive into work with your laptop. It exudes a laid-back vibe that's hard to find elsewhere. If I could make one suggestion, it would be to extend their opening hours beyond 5 pm. I often find myself craving their coffee later in the evening. Additionally, a loyalty program or more frequent customer discounts would be a cherry on top. Nevertheless, Black Sheep Coffee Shop remains my top choice for a coffee fix and a relaxed hangout. Kudos to the team for consistently delivering excellence!

I know from experience they make a great latte, cappucino and oat milk/homey/cardomom latte (with cinnamon on top). Pastries are better than most chains, flakey, dry and decent sized. It’s also more expensive than most, so if you have a reusable coffee cup, I’d recommend you take it with you for the discount!
