I walk past through lovely set up on my way to and from work, I stopped for some food the other day and it was great, I may catch a show at some point.

It was my first ever cabaret show and Drag show last night. It was so much fun and I enjoyed it with the PinkNews team!

You always know the summer is here when Underbelly arrives. The Spiegeltent has had many homes around the city over the years, but Cavendish Square is as good as any and this will probably be the longest anyone here has ever spent in such a normally uninspiring square. I have seen many many cabaret shows, but this year’s La Clique is genuinely one of the best. Funny, spectacular and dramatic. I know it’s a cliché, but there really is something for everyone. The outdoor bar is cosy, welcoming and the perfect place for some pre-show drinks. In fact even if you are not seeing a show here, being a stone’s throw from Oxford Circus this is a great place to stop for an evening drink regardless… and during showtime from 7:30pm you’re going to have no problem nabbing a seat! If you found my review or photos useful please leave a quick thumbs up 👍 Thanks!

*now open again as of 29 April 2022* 2021 review: Great spot that’s open through the end of September ‘21. Never too crowded but it’s by FAR the nicest outdoor area with food and drinks in the area currently.

Loads of picnic tables with string lights overhead. Always a good variety of throwback music from all eras and the bar has a nice selection for drinks. Food truck options also very good quality/many options. Hidden gem!

Fantastic cabaret show in a circus tent, with glittering fabulous people doing unbelievable things with hoops, hanging from the top of the tent, Bernie's wonderful take on Berlin cabaret, and not a minute lagging between pieces! A must-see!!

Lovely set up and a must visit. We picked up burgers from the Steak & Burger stall and they were amazingly delicious. Definitely going back there! The overall ambience was nice as well with beautifully decorated grounds.
