Perfect apricot croissant and gorgeous piping hot mocha with whipped cream, just what the doctor ordered, can't fault the service is not too, nice and quick and polite and friendly, would definitely return.

Great coffee great service.... update June 23, poor service, not even a smile. It's like the staff resent working here. In the many years I visited it can never maintain the consistency of staffing and every few weeks another trainee is learning to serve. This is not a place of pleasure if an essential part of your coffee experience is service. Costa is over the road if only the coffee matched Nero's. Jamie 🍍

Wouldn't usually rate somewhere like Cafe Nero but I had to because despite a fairly long queue, the barista was fantastic. She seemed to know her regulars and was very fast at making even the big orders.
They seem to have a succession of nice young Italian baristas. The coffee is very good. Like a lot of people I meet people "for a coffee" here for work, and I put in on expenses. Otherwise I would moan about the high prices more. Waiting times at the counter can be long, but that's hardly the staff's fault. Comfy armchairs available in the far corner if you are lucky. Nicer than Pret but dearer.

Fabulous !!! Amazing staff , specially the manager she is Spanish and she’s so friendly and kind with every customer who come in. Makes the coffee worth every penny .
Nice coffee shop up to the usual Cafe Nero standards with great coffee and lots of tempting cakes! This particular coffee shop is situated close to my office so have quite a few meetings and catch-ups in here when there are no meeting rooms left to book.

Chain cafe all over the uk. Serving usual stuff coffee, tea, snacks, sandwiches etc. it was quiet n nice even at busy road. Had good coffee n time.
