Hands down, one of the best double apple mint shishas I have ever had (and I've had a fair few). Excellent service, friendly staff and a great place to watch the football. 10/10, will be back again.

Went there with some friends for shisha and tea. Loved the shisha. They have heaters outside but the weather was good so no need for it now.

No frills attached cafe - just good Shisha at better prices. I've been missing the middle Eastern fare since I moved here from Dubai, and though I tried out ridiculously priced Shishas, they just didn't cut it. Sara's felt like being back home, especially with the perfectly brewed Karak to go with.
It is a corner street cafe, and though a busy spot, the business doesn't intrude on your privacy or cosiness. Trust me, I was there with a book, and read through uninterrupted. The whole ambience is quite calming as well.

10 out of 10 the place is the best place to have shisha in it even the staff are friendly and they look after their customers it’s a lovely place to come here and enjoy with your friends 👌🏻
Had a lovely hour here with my daughter. It was her first Shisha, the grape flavour was lovely. We are going to pop back tomorrow for another. Lovely friendly guys, they need to move to Wales as we don't have anything like this where we live! :-)
Recommend the Turkish coffee too. Very nice.
Found this delightful little place unexpectedly. As Shisha was being inhaled outside, I sat indoors to enjoy a delicious menu ending with coffee and Luqaimat (dough balls). Great relaxed atmosphere for a woman dining on her own.
Took a (female) friend from Dubai here as it is away from the madness of Edgeware Road. It has 7 tables outside for you to have Shisha. It was £20.00 for Shisha which in central London is reasonable. She felt safe and comfortable here so cannot knock it.

I've been looking for a good shisha place since I got to London and tried many. One place that always stood up was Sara cafe. Over 20 years of business. Best hookah in London by far! Very friendly staff, they always make you feel welcomed. Awesome location close to Baker street station.

Great accommodating staff, great location. Shisha is good quality, staff explain the flavours and top up your coals when needed. Can order teas / coffees with your shisha. Overall lovely and relaxing experience. Was looking on Google for a quality shisha bar for a while and found this one, would definitely recommend and it is good value.
Excellent all around. Excellent service. Excellent shisha. Excellent tea. The gentleman working was friendly and attentive to our coals. He got everything set up quickly and even offered to get it started for us. We were given more than enough mouthpieces which was nice because some places are not sanitary in that way. And the tea was incredible. Get the green tea with mint if you go! Pricing was good, especially considering the quality of the place. You sit right outside under an awning so you have a view of the upscale neighborhood and a nice breeze which was perfect with the hot weather. Definitely recommend you make the trip even if it's farther than other places. They really specialize in shisha!
Great service. Hookah (shisha or Nargile) is nicely prepared and reasonably priced. Traditionally prepared Turkish coffee, great selection of teas, and a relaxed environment for chatting with other patrons. Great way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. I will be back the next time I am in the area.
