Caffe Nero - London - Photo album

Very standard chain coffee shop. Staff busy and a bit indifferent , decor a little tired. Nothing stand out about the offering though I have read they will be offering more vegan options . Nothing really bad and nothing really great. Just bland beige and unexciting.
I have never had a negative experience in Caffe Nero. From the time they ask for your order to the time that you receive your order, their customer service is second to none. That is the attraction. After that, the milkshakes that they produce....... with the customer scrutinising every move that yo
Best coffee ☕ out of all the high street mainstream chains 👌 A little pricey but that's what their market is. Wish they'd diversify and target Costa / starbucks on a more local level.
Don't tend to like chains, but this place is very nice: very good coffee and the ladies are super friendly! plus the atmosphere looks very sleek and quiet to sit and work or have a chat in the frenzy of Kings Cross
Relaxed vibe for coffee and cake on a Sunday afternoon. Mainly tables and chairs - just a few comfy chairs. Lovely staff and fab choice of music.
The Trainee Barista should smile more. Background music was really soothing. Mocha was ok, kinda watery. 4 stars generously.
The staff are really friendly here, and make what is, let's face it, just another chain coffee shop (ok, so a nice chain coffee shop) into something worth 5 stars.
Another good cup of coffee. One thing I have to say about Cafe Nero, they are very consistent and you will always get a warm, good tasting cup of coffee. Good stop off.
Great staff, very friendly and the coffee is consistently good. Unfortunately, the Old Street branch is a little small and gets very busy at lunch.
My favourite coffee chain.. Great coffee, shops with comfortable seating in good locations and generous rewards scheme.
Not too busy and a toilet coffee as good as any other caffeine Neri as it's a chain. Nice place to sit for 30 mins
Love coming here in the mornings to chill! Staff are friendly and proficient and there is a great variety of coffees, sandwiches, pastries, and drinks!
Plenty of seating, nice staff, very close to Bunhill Fields if you want to take your coffee to-go.
Had coffee and shared slice cheesecake whilst waiting to go to my friends appointment in Moorfields. Excellent cheesecake
