The Larder At Walthamstow Wetlands - London - Photo album

I had a snack and my first iced latte here. The theme is super cosy and makes you feel at home. The barista is super friendly and makes the best coffee you can imagine. There are outdoors sits that are super comfortable and it's lovely to have coffee under the sun and the view of the water reservoir
An ambient setting in a repurposed Victorian Engine House a worthwhile destination in its own right. Contemporary menu touches most dietary bases while managing to tiptoe around the genre stereotypes. Presentation, price and portion on point and service beyond reproach. Inter-leading information cen
Part of Walthamstow Wetlands, The Engine House offers fantastic views and great food. A welcome stop off after a stroll around the wetlands, the menu had a good selection of breakfasts, sandwiches and lunches, topped off with delicious cakes.
Cute British cafe/restaurant serving delicious breakfast and lunch! The mushroom crunch burger with hand cut chips was so worth the calories! The ladder breakfast was wholesome and tasty with home made baked beans, scrambled eggs, feta cheese, spinach, mushroom and cherry tomatoes.
Cooked breakfast was very tasty, on the small side portion wise but that suited me. Staff were friendly and service was quick. Only complaint is they use single use plates and cutlery so it all gets thrown in the bin. Seems like such a waste
Food was good and reasonably priced, but the plates, cutlery and cups are all disposable. Eco versions, but still so wasteful. Inclined not to go back, just wash some dishes….!
The cake and coffee were good. Staff were kinda rude. It's nice to sit outside and enjoy the trees and everything.
We used the Larder for our wedding recently and Eva was super helpful, nothing was too much trouble and she was a pleasure to work with. The food was amazing and our guests absolutely loved it to. Thanks to everyone at The Larder :)
Great cafe near the wetlands! Delicious coffee and tasty bites. Highly recommend!
Lovely food and coffee with some vegan options. Quiet on weekdays - so a good place to come do a bit of work or reading in lovely surroundings. Weekends are packed so long wait and children screaming is what you should expect. Would be amazing if you allowed dogs, I know dogs are not allowed in wetl
Nice and relaxing place near the reservoir. The cìabatta with sausage was fantastic, perfect bread and sausage with rosemary. Also the brownie was delicious. Tommaso has been both times helpful and quick, and he also answered all the questions we had. For sure we will come back!
