Genzo Brasserie

My dish, stifado, was not as good as the last time. It was dry - not enough sauce. The burguri that came with it was totally bland - useless - and the salad was a joke at 90% lettuce leaves, literally one small slither of tomato and some onion. This is not a salad, this was, how cheaply can I get away this pretend salad. The cheaps weren't any good either. It's a restaurant, I'm paying a lot of money so don't bloody give me pre frozen french fries. What, am I a child? Cut the chips and make them yourselves. The reason it got 4 stars is because the food the others had was excellent, minus the ridiculous salad. ie the kleftico, sheftalies, keftedes, creamed feta and red wine. Their pita bread was the best I ever had period. The waitresses were decent, neither exceptional neither bad.

Decent fresh food, friendly staff and good selection of white wine. Although, when I asked them to take away the remainder of my food they only put the meat and not the rest of it. I realised that when I got home 😄I’d preferred them if they have asked me and not to assume I didn’t want everything in my plate.
