Loved everything about it!! The place looks great and the menu has a great variety of the best Italian food and drinks - I went for the piadina and the Vesuvio coffee and honestly can't wait to go back to taste everything else!

Great little piece of Italy in the heart of the City of London. Lovely friendly staff, great food and a choice of Portofino or Vesuvio coffee blends. My coffee house of choice in this part of London

Visited for the more informal take away menu although there is a normal resta7rant menu available. A selection of 3 or 4 freshly made pastas, all made on prem - at the time of writing there was an arrabiata, green pesto and a njuda sausage available. I had the arrabiata. A decent portion and spicy enough to know its there. £11.70 for a large portion and a drink though I thought was a bit on the expensive side even considering where it is and the lunchtime crowd it attracts .

Good food, portions a bit small and there was just one functional bathroom that also the employees had to use. I do recommend the nutella gnocchi

Very nice Italian restaurant in Canary Wharf. The fresh pasta was delicious. Nice cocktails as well. Selection of beer was not the best but I’d recommend to go for the cocktails instead. Service very nice and attentive. You can also order the pasta takeaway.

Exceptionally tasty and flavoursome dishes. Pasta portions were filling, but ravioli dishes were quite small. Starters were also small, but tasty. Service was very slow and there was some confusion, but staff were very kind.

The Menu is different from what I checked on Google review before coming. There is no Ravioli beef and cheese. We tried burrata and beef pasta which are quite good. The location is easy to find. Price is not so cheap but worth the pasta.

I’d walked past this place quite a few times without going in because the windows look quite dark and uninviting. However, the other week I went in and was very surprised. It feels welcoming, the service has been good and the food very tasty. The decor is of high quality and the standards are high, everything clean and well kept. The portion sizes are very large for the price. Around £7 for a good sized pasta dish. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good quality pasta meal for an affordable price.

I have visited today after noticing it last week when passing by. Wasn't sure what to expect based on the reviews but I think the management read these and took them to heart. I was there at lunchtime and it was absolutely rammed with people, long queue but moving fast, staff friendly and quick. I had the sausage pasta which was delicious and flavoursome, exact spice level for my liking. Pasta itself was very good as well. I went for the small portion but it's just a normal portion and the "regular" would just put me in food coma for rest of the afternoon. I will definitely be back to try their salads which look very tasty. Great outlet, I don't think there is another place in CW that serves fresh pasta in so many variations at this price. Definitely a very good value. Bear in mind this is a quick bite place not a restaurant, it's very loud here but not becouse of music, just lots of people. I wish they offered a "side green salad" to go with the pasta, they have smaller salads on offer but they looked like a meal of their own. Definitely will go back.

I always enjoy my food when eating at Scarpetta, can go wrong with Italian food, always great pasta and always goes well with a glass of wine.

Pasta were okay, good but nothing that special. The highlight was really the desert: Nutella Gnocchi was sublime, what a treat! Perfectly balanced with the ice cream, so good!

Al dente pasta done right, the pasta had a bite and the flavours came out well. The Aglio e Olio maybe could’ve had a bit more garlic and oil as I prefer mine with a bit more sauce.
