The only independant coffee shop on Barking road between canning station and junction of McDonalds. A great place to meet friends/colleagues. It's family run which is nice to see - has a personal service unlike the Costas and Prets. #ShopLocal

Needed a quiet place to study and googled 'quiet coffee place' and decided to check it out. It is spot on! Despite the music playing in the background, everyone in here is reading a book or studying. Service is super friendly but not many healthy choices of food. However, it wont spoil it for me. Great place to be, if you need somewhere to concentrate and the libraries are closed or too far from you.

Friendly calm relaxed atmosphere, good value for money and use of WiFi. Ideal for chill, but wooden bench seating not the most comfortable seating to relax, maybe some kind of cushioning would improve the hard seating.

The owner, Nutesh, is one of the friendliest, most hospitable people you will find in East London. The servings are large too and the atmosphere welcoming and quiet.

Wireless connection works well, I've spent hours doing remote work with virtually no disturbance.

This is a family run coffee shop with really good coffee and food. The owner and his wife are really friendly, we always have a chat every time I go.
I'd far rather grab a great coffee and a friendly chat here than at the chain coffee shop in the station. And the prices are better, too.
