Subway

I was recently in Selby Subway, as I often go but received a very surly reception from the manager. i wasn't happy with the filling on my sandwhich so complained and received a very poor reception. The manager was more than happy to argue with me about her experience and how good she is at her job, without listening to what I wasn't happy with or trying to rectify it. I paid and was just filling up my drink when I could here this member of staff being very sarcastic about meand laughing to members of the public. Now this unprofessional member of staff was your manager there and was so childish as to try and have a dig and be very sarcastic about me whilst I was still standing there! Im pretty sure customer care and respect to the customer is advised. I am absolutely appalled by the behaviour of your staff - this manager. She was very abrupt and didn't listen at all to what I was saying - but then to call me to customers is absolutely disgusting. I wont be going back and I advise anyone who expects a certain level of professionalism and customer care to stay away!!!!! THIS SUBWAY THOUGH IS NOT LIKE THAT! 5 STAR FOR SUBWAY GREATNESS.
