Lovely atmosphere. Waiter was polite and gave great service. Was always there when needed. Food was great quality. Wasn’t too busy either which made it nice. Would come here again.
My food and the service we received was outstanding.
Me and my sister visited this branch at the least practical time possible: 9.30 on a bank holiday, when every restaurant in the area was closed. It was rather empty of customers and as a result low on staff. Still, the waitress was lovely despite being busy and desperate to get home.

The place can get pretty packed due to close proximity to Charing Cross Hospital.
I'm very surprised by the negative reviews. I go with a friend on Football nights when the restaurant is busy and the staff are under the most pressure and not once have I had any reason to complain (wish I could say the same about the football ;)).
