Quite a busy Pret (I visited mid-morning over a weekend) but the line moved quickly, ✅ the staff were all friendly, there were seats available (lots of sockets 🔌 too), the fridges were well stocked and what I ordered was fresh. ☕️ 🥐

Small gestures that greatly improve the mood of the day - the young lady with grey hair (Moira) is very lovely and wishes everyone a nice day. My best experience so far in a Pret; in the others, you sometimes just have the feeling of being dispatched.
Lovely place, the food is good but the best part about them is that they let people refill water without any charge! Highly recommend the Danish cinnamon roll and butter croissant!

The manager and counter team are really friendly, serve quickly and efficiently and throw the occasional complimentary coffee my way. Knock the socks off the branch of Eat next door where you barely get eye contact, keep it up, guys!
As per usual great food and fast service. Pret at covent garden provides a great range of sandwiches and soups. The bonus was the pastries available were warm once purchased. Ample seating at covent garden location and it's right next to underground also.
