Nando's Mile End

Danny and another staff member and the team helped me out with my order that hasn't come through for about 10-15mins but was reassured and said we'll get it as soon as possible which he did, the food was great staff members was kind customer service 10* and enjoyed my first time in nandos and got a extra free drink on the house which was the best.

an absolute gem. stumbled upon this place whilst walking around east london and had the absolute best meal of my life. i ordered one of everything, as it all looked so good, and not a single dish disappointed. by the end i was near fit to burst - a bit like that fat man in the meaning life, if you’ll all recall that infamous scene. still, i plowed ahead and ate the whole menu. by the end a crowd had gathered and was chanting my name and throwing money at my feet and women were literally proposing to me. beautiful women too, no uggos. can’t believe more people don’t know about this place - a real hidden gem of mile end. will absolutely be back.

Great staff, we now know the staff well including the manager Arman. Very accommodating and always attentive no matter how busy they are. We have been there many times with lovely experiences and thought it would be sensible to write a good review. Lots of choice that is great. Even better value if you have an NHS email on the app. The chain 1 mile down the road could learn a lot from this branch.

Chicken was dry, and rice was very bland. Food has definitely been better at other branches. Service was very slow, we waited ages for our food. Staff were not attentive at all and were very slow. Ordered halloumi and didn’t receive the chilli jam, asked for it but waitress didn’t come back to give. We waited then eventually went to ask and she said we did not add to order but she could’ve told us earlier instead of us waiting for nothing!

This is the best Nando's branch I've been to. All of my food was cooked to perfection 😄 The sweet potato wedges were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. My chicken was succulent and the macho peas was delicious and flavorful. Everything was piping hot. My Mum appreciated this meal after her fasted, ultrasound appointment. And our server, Abdullah was attentive and polite.
