Recently, I had the pleasure of visiting the Houndstitch location, and I must say I was thoroughly impressed.
What really made my experience at Pret A Manger Houndsditch stand out was the exceptional service provided by the staff. In particular, I would like to give a special shoutout to Rafsan, who was one of the best team members I have ever encountered. Rafsan was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive, and he even remembered my drink order from my previous visit. It's little touches like this that truly set Pret A Manger Houndsditch apart.

Absolutely phenomenal staff.
I feel at home every time I go there, usually morning/lunch.
Despite the shop always being extremely busy, the baristas make the effort of remembering who clients are and their orders when they can
The food is always carefully prepared and actually tasty!!
I wish I could remember more of the staff names, but right now only Ana (best coffee maker) comes to mind although all the others are absolutely incredible too!
