It has always been a busy place, very clean though. Little shops were good, but like most outlets unless you need something I wouldn't bother. Prices are way to high.

We were in this restaurant, the food was good but there are no chairs so we didn’t take a set.

A very accessible station for trains, buses and underground routes. Lift access and lots of information and support advisor by friendly staff. Good shipping facilities for food, snacks and last minute gifts (though some come at a price!) The ticket office is efficient but beware lost property will charge you to get you stuff back!

It's a beautiful train and metro station, there are a lot of shops inside. So if you need something when you are waiting for your train you can buy whatever you need. Here is where you will come with the train from the airport and from here you can move to everywhere because you have also the metro

For a lot of people when they visit London the place to take the train. It’s downtown and it is a easy walk to the big places in London.

It is one of the nicest stations in London very well maintained and preserved, with many eating options. Coffee shops are available. Toilets are clean and neat.

One of London's busiest commuter train stations. It serves the Central, Circle, Hammersmith and City and Metropolitan Underground lines along with the Overground and the new Elizabeth Line. You can also use the National Rail service that connects you to the Eastern part of the UK. There are many shops, food and drink outlets within the station. The station is well sign posted with directions and departure boards helping you to get around and to locate your train's platform. Toilet facilities are to a satisfactory standard. All the staff from the gate guards to the cleaners are friendly and hard working. Escalators and lifts are there to assist disabled passengers and people with luggage. The modern glass roof offers plenty of natural light into the station during the day and the station is well lit from inside for when it gets dark.

Shocked how it has changed. Haven't been here for years. Much more busy than I remembered signing for travellers is good. Went essentially to go onto the Elizabeth Line, that was an experience, what an eye opener great engineering.

Fantastic station! Easy navigation, simple ticket buying process, and zero tolerance on unpaid travel (watch out for fines!). Snacks and fast food galore at the station, but plenty of great eating and drinking options just a few minutes walk away. Helpful staff make it a breeze to use. Highly recommended!

Lots of commuters going through the station. The overground train appears quite modern. It even offers USB charging ports onboard, how nice and convenient!!!
