Damian was very friendly, explained the menu very well and helped us with some questions we had. He made us feel very welcome.
The food was as always nice, hot and reasonably priced, the restaurant was clean and fresh. The staff were very polite but this review is for the front of house (Dana) who was impeccable 👌🏾. The level of service from Dana was something I expect from a 5* establishment not from a Nando’s.

We arrived with a table of 14 and Dana the manager on duty was amazing ; she made us feel welcome, got us a dedicated table for all of us and made sure the service and the meal was on point. Great experience; made better by the staff!

This is quite a big Nandos than the normal ones I've been too. Staff are attentive but unfortunately the toilets do need a clean more often.
Food was on time and it was very busy there.
Dana was amazing on our visit to Nando’s today. She was exceptionally accommodating and was able to meet my mums dietary requirements as she is severely allergic to wheat. Although, chains like Nando’s follow pretty much the same recipe and tastes the same whichever one you choose. What differentiate between branches are:
- customer service
- food temperature
- cleanliness

We'd visited UK on holiday from India. After trying the local cuisine for the first week, we were craving for a spicy palate. And Nando's was just what we were looking for. Famous for its delicious grilled chicken, with a range of spice from "extra mild" to "extra hot" it has something for everyone.
We were there for dinner. We ordered 2 whole chickens. Only one arrived. By the time we complained there were no more chickens left. They accommodated our requests. Thank you Nandos staff!
