Having thougt of dining elsewhere, from the moment I walked in, attracted by the smell, I knew I’d have to try the curried cauliflower soup (served with harissa oil and onion bread). It tasted delicious as I expected. Lovely presentation, too. There is complimentary chilled water for customers. Having occupied one of the white tables in the adjoining lobby, since it was far from being any busy, had the benefit of a lovely view towards the Thames on a sunny morning, and of being bathed by light coming from the tall windows of this grand building. Would definitely like to try a dessert next time.
