My new fave place in town. Tourist friendly and wheelchair accessible.. Although there is limited food options, it is adequate. Prices are reasonable and there is proper plate and cups.

We got the welcome gift coupon from John Lewis. It provides a cafe and a drink. We came on a Wednesday afternoon around 2:30pm. It is located on the top floor of the building. The easiest way to get the lift. The selection for cakes is ample. We chose the lemon margin cake. It takes very sweet. I wouldn’t order it again. It is self service. You pick from the counter and find a seat yourself. There is water foundation for free. The cafe is quite spacious and no one bothers you. It comes with free Wi-Fi. The price seems reasonable and the location is prime. It is a great price to chill after walking around Soho.

The selections from this place are not a lot. They serve hot plates like fish (cod) & chips, beef pie, Quiche. I chooses fish and chips, it’s great. Especially the fries! Love it. It’s not crowded in the afternoon around 3pm, they have plenty of seats to hold large crowd. You can take your own time to have a good break.

Roof top view with seats both inside and outside. Self service to collect your tray for main food dishes, spotlessly clean, excellent customer service for coffee and cake and plenty of seating. Non-smoking inside.

It’s a great family friendly cafe to have a pot of tea and 2 slices of delicious cake with family or friends after shopping. It’s on the 5th floor. The choices of cakes, drinks and another food were wonderfully good. The wifi in here was ok and there were some comfortable sofa seats available. The staff were also very attentive and polite. Only one thing that was not convenient was the disabled toilets on this floor were out of service. One of my family member had to take a lift to the disabled toilet on the other floor.

Really nice cake selection and to me a hidden gem in Oxford street! The passion fruit and coconut cake was interesting. The rooftop seating gives really good views of Oxford street and is worth going too for some food at a reasonable price

A very nice place to have a coffee and relax. The service was ultra friendly and the view from Oxford Street is nice. The food was good as well. Try to find a table outside on a hot day. It's awesome.

Usually come here for coffee and cake. This time came here for breakfast. It was a good decision! The staff, as always, are polite and friendly. Went for 'make your own breakfast'. It was good to select what I wanted on my plate and to pay for what I wanted. 2 × beans, 2 × mushrooms, 2× toasts, 2 × bubble and 4 × hashbrowns for £11.90 between 2 people.
