Very nice location, for car drivers this is perfect as it’s free parking. Nice clean store, connected with Next clothing store just take the escalator up and turn right. A lot of spaces to choose from with a beautiful view outside the store with large Glass panels.

There are 2 wonderful ladies who are both baristas here, both absolutely lovely, work really hard and keep this coffee shop sparkling, they are very professional, make a great coffee and create a lovely atmosphere. Staff can make or break a retail business, the staff here make it, Costa be sure look after them.
Being a regular customer of Costa Coffee, but Gallions Reach branch know how to make hot and cold coffees.
Nice clean Costa in Next with large windows to give you a view of the gallons reach. Great place to sit and chill and allow the other half to shop. Also has a toilet which comes in use especially with little ones.

The most pleasant Costa and my favourite one. Lovely large first floor windows. Bright and airy.
Good parking facilities and changing rooms. Doesn't have as large a range as Westfield in Stratford, but isn't too bad.
Location is in the corner and before gi to washroom or children soft play center. There are outdoor space and next to them Caiwala and new Starbucks 😀.
Finally a lovely lady who can get my order right effortlessly thank you to the lady ro served ne the skinny frappe that all the other costas refuse to make. Thank you
