Ferragamo was one of the shops we visited today in Bond Street . All the staff were very welcome , however the one that served us was exceptional . We were served by the Greek young lady called Lena and we can’t recommend her enough ! She should be the big boss for Ferragamo and train everyone else in other ferragamo stores .

Shop on new bond street is spacious and the staff gives you space to browse without hovering next to you. They offer you drinks while being being attended to.Great shoes selction. They even offer shoes repairs. Will be back that for sure

Great customer service, I was helped by Simone and Massimo, they have shown me a wide variety of products helping me getting my outfit for a special occasion. I was dressed head to toe in Ferragamo and I was the star of the party. Thank you again I will definitely come back.

Lovely staff. Agnieszka the Manageress looks so well after me, similarly for the Italian assistant manager he’s so charming and helpful, without forgetting Sofia the lovely sales assistant. They always make me feel welcome and well looked after. Love their stock too. Comfy shoes. Sometimes lovely dresses or coats too
