Fave place to get loaded fries. First encountered poptata in Portabello market. I always get the Portabello fries which are soo good. However, as another person mentioned... please will you provide bigger forks... It takes some effort to eat these fries with the dinky wooden forks they give you. You just end up with messy fingers and mashed up chips...

You have to register for an account in order to get to the second story food court (where Poptata is). Super cute and trendy area.

I really enjoyed my lunch last week at poptata! It is within the boxpark spaces which is a good extra as it's in general a nice environment to chill, meet friends and eat indeed!
I tried some chicken nuggets with a garlic mayo and their fries with cheddar and BBQ sauce.. Everything was delicious and cooked at the moment! I didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes for the food and it's well organised with a buzzing sensor so you don't have to wait standing or in a queue!

Chips were amazing, staff was very very very nice. Burger was halal which was amazing however the outside layer was too hard and there was way too much coleslaw. Maybe some people like it but wasn't my thing. However, the chicken tastes nice :)

Was great, only issue being silly, but the chips are so saucy that they really need to upgrade the size of the forks. Unless you’re big on appearances, eating with your fingers is an option, but by the time your halfway though - I’d be happier switching up to a spoon...

The fries were really good and well-seasoned. Would have preferred if the cheese was a little more melted, but still enjoyed them a lot. Very straight-forward shop, but they are card only and do not accept cash. Worth a visit if you're hungry and looking for a nice place to chill for a minute. Well populated area, but not overly crowded. Good for solo visits or groups.

I am potato-nuts and these fries keep me coming! Sooo delicious and the sauces are AMAZING!!! Go for Lucifer, its an absolute favourite of mine.
