Hachi Japanese Bbq Restaurant - London - Photo album

Authentic Japanese BBQ with a great atmosphere. Went here for a birthday dinner and everyone was extremely pleased by the selection and quality of the food. The regular bbq set menu is reasonably priced and contained quite a lot of food too. Would definitely recommend.
I live in NY and Tokyo and I have to say this place is pretty expensive for what it is. Tho maybe thats London. The quality is good but the ambience and the service quality honestly doesnt live up for the price. We had few meat dish and side dish and two drinks and end with £250 bill at the end. Gra
Went for lunch in this busy restaurant. First, outstanding value on the lunch menu. Kimchi, simple salad and a main for £10.00.mark. Service was very attentive and polite. Restaurant was very clean of course. The bbq seems to be the attraction and will come back for that. Ramen was very tasty
Hachi Japanese BBQ is a popular restaurant in Soho that specializes in yakiniku, or Japanese-style grilled meats. The restaurant has a modern and stylish interior, and the staff are friendly and attentive. I recently visited Hachi for lunch and had the fried oysters set meal. The meal comes with a
Great time in this japanese BBQ place. The fried squid taste very good and the beef fried rice had a lot of flavor. Ambiance wise some music not too loud witch is nice to have a conversation and the waiter was thoughtfull.
Good atmosphere and good service. Dishes are served very quickly after ordering. Good selection of meat - different types of wagu and beef. Love the beef tongue and hanging tender! Although it is slight pricey, around £50pp.
Positive: The meat is delicious! Especially the wagyu tasted really like wagyu (not "wagyu" as is often the case overseas!). Possible improvements: there is only one type of sauce for Japanese BBQ (spicy miso or lemon salt would be nice). The waiter was too quick to take away the empty plates (like
Came here for lunch with the wife and kid. Overall we enjoyed our meal and left satisfied. I ordered the deluxe set which came with a choice of chicken or pork katsu, fried gyoza, sausages, karaage, rice, salad and miso soup plus kimchi. Wife had a lunch bbq set which also came with rice, kimchi and
Love this classic Japanese Yakiniku restaurant. If you would like to try grilling your own meats, poultry, seafood and veggies on a grill at your table, check out Hachi! The meats are well seasoned and perfect for grilling and dipping in a Japanese tare (sauce) and / or lemon juice. They have a grea
A spur of the moment “let’s try something new” visit after a trip to Fortnum and Mason and the Royal Academy. Quickly seated and it was very busy with mainly Japanese families which is always a good sign that the food is good. Service was lovely and quick. Food was good also. Recommended. Place had
Came here for birthday celebration and had a wonderful dining experience 😋 ordered a BBQ set and the food was delicious from as tiny as a side dish to the actual barbecue itself. Definitely need to revisit someday!! 💯
It’s hard to find a proper Japanese Yakiniku in London but Hachi did the job well. We visited Hachi at lunch time hand ordered a premium lunch set which include waygu ribeye. The quality of the meat is good, very good marbling for the waygu, the hanger tender is full of flavour and tender as well. M
Love the premium oyster blade beef (Jo Misuji) juicy and melt in your mouth. Also love the shiitake mushroom, their mini salad and miso soup that came with lunch set! Mini unagi don is also great. Don’t like the tri tip (Tomosankaku) and the tongue (Tan). Will just get 2 premium oyster blades next
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. Yes, I understand the previous reviewers gave it bad reviews because they charge for simple sauce and condiments.. The restaurant management should add the price to the total dish price so people will stop complaining. Do not be deterred by the
Fantastic dining experience, everyone was so nice, all kinds of meat were excellent! Reservation is strongly recommended.
Have you tried Japanese BBQ Yakiniku before? To celebrate my Japanese colleague’s birthday, we went to @hachi_bbq for lunch after the meeting. WHAT WE GOT 🐮Hanging Tender Harami beef 🐷Pork Belly Kalbi 🥓Japanese Sausage 🌶Padron Pepper 🐔Chicken Karaage 🥟Chicken Gyoza 🍥Agedashi Tofu The Hanging Tend
Loved it!! We went to celebrate my partner's birthday and we enjoyed it very much. Staff was lovely, place looked good and the food was super tasty! If you have the BBQ, it's true that it's more on the expensive side but the quality of the meat is amazing! Wagyu was my favorite but everything tasted
