Pleasant enough place to get a bite to eat although service was quite slow in spite of my being the only customer at that time. Outdoor seating is very nice on a warm day.

I normally wouldn’t review a Starbucks but this one really stands out. Since covid I started coming here almost every day since I live in the area. The staff are absolutely the best - so nice, friendly, hardworking, and helpful, especially Nasir, Olek, Anna, Ana, and Natalia. Thank you for making me (and my dog) smile every day during these tough couple of years!

A member of staff went around cleaning every table
Gel was available for your use
Coffee nice and warm
BUT we were charged 10p each for paper cup
Others were automatically given a pot cup I would much preferred a pot cup
Some were not asked to pay for paper
We were having both coffee and rolls inside
But
The most annoying was i had to wait to use the Toilet as 3 members of public just walked in to use it
They HADNT even bought a single item
Then 4 girls walked in and did the exact same thing
It will all be on CCTV ..Proof

I always come back to this place, time and time again.
Fantastic staff, always super efficient and very chatty. Lovely coffee, exactly the way you want it.
Very well laid out and well organised under the current conditions.
Plenty of parking nearby and lots to see and do.

I used to come here occasionally but after the Russell Square Caffé Nero closed down I come here on a daily basis. The staff are lovely (especially Sandra who is often on shift when I visit) and always go above and beyond whilst doing their job. Overall recommend highly !
