This is a small Costa outlet opposite the Gherkin, mostly for take away though there are some chairs and tables outside it which are pleasant to sit at in good weather. There were three staff there when I visited and service was friendly snd efficient. I visited at the end of October 2022 and there was a notice that it would soon close temporarily for a refurbishment.

Quick service, good selection of drinks and snacks on offering even although a kiosk style Costa. Close to the Gherkin and Leadenhall building and good spot to grab a hot drink on the go if your passing through the City on your daily commute/visit.
