I just want to say I went to this store for the first time at about 6.15pm, and there was a lady there who really helped me chose my food. She was extremely helpful. The gentlemen who made the wrap was very good the wrap was so delicious. Could taste the freshness of the salad.

Every time I am in here - everyone is so friendly! The manager is super friendly too - and helpful when I asked about my "plastic free" ways - they offer a "bring your own container" option - which makes me choose this salad bar over others!
Great fresh healthy salad options - choose your own ingredients, or one of their combinations. Can be on the pricey side, but every Friday it's 50% off after 14:30 (if you can hold off lunch that long!), which has convinced me to become a regular.
I just had a chicken salad, and as simple as that sounds it was AMAZING. Slightly long wait, but it was lunchtime and this is a busy area so that's hardly unexpected, and was well worth it for the quality of the food.

Nice salad (you can build your own from a selection of items), friendly servers. Having discovered this place on a trip to London for a meeting, I'd certainly go there again, though I did think it was quite pricey for a snack. My main reason for posting is a grumble: I was in a rush and didn't notice until afterwards that I wasn't given a card slip or VAT receipt - meaning I won't be able to claim back on expenses. Shouldn't a receipt be given automatically? I don't usually have to remember to ask.

I will just give you my recipe for one of the best salads ever: mixed leaves, chicken, falafel, tomato, onion, mozzarella cheese, (with soy-sesame-ginger dressing) for £6.45, I also recommend using the Orogo app to place orders if you go to Vital regularly, you won't need to queue ever again.
Good people FOH good ingredientes, just like prepandemic. One little flaw today, the Parkham crisps... not crispy at all, probably cooked. As per the rest of the salad, delicious!
