Very pleased with the speed of delivery but not so pleased with the amount of pizza crust. So much waste :(. Papa John, perhaps we go a little easier on the height and width of the crust in the future. Your online deals are enticing but my family fear the crust nightmare when they find out we're ordering from Papa John.

Delivery took around 35 minutes. Food was above average.
Never used this Chain before but I browsed the website and it had an offer for 50% off vegan options so I ordered a pizza. I placed the order and realised after that I selected collection instead of delivery but I called the restaurant and young lady who answered was lovely, she changed my order and sent the pizza home. Arrived piping hot, nicely cooked, loads of toppings and I loved it! Best jackfruit pepperoni I have ever eaten. Will definitely use it again, I am going to get fat 🤣🤣🤣🤣
My boyfriend and I came into Papa John's for my birthday today. It was a very rainy and cold evening, so we decided that pizza was what we needed. We got an XXL All Meats pizza with stuffed crust, for less than £8.)!! It was freshly made and was delicious. The staff were very kind and let us eat inside the shop, as it was raining and there was nowhere else for us to go. We were also quite lost, so honestly, having someone just to sit and relax while our pizza was being made was lovely. Overall a great experience here
I order for the office and the Lena the manager is always so helpful and goes out of her way to accommodate us. She even delivered to us on her day off as I wanted a big ordered delivered to us by 12:30pm! Food is always fresh and arrives hot.
Very polite staff, they made a small mistake on my order and they gave me a free large pizza with extra drinks. Tastes amazing. highly recommend
First I ordered, delivery was an hr late due to system issues. Called the store, manager apologised and gave a free meal for next time. Shame about the delay but cannot fault customer service.
