Authentic Sichuan hot pot
I have been recommended by a friend from Sichuan, who said this is among the most authentic Sichuan hot pots in London. When it comes to Chinese hot pot, there are a few standards - the soup, the food and the sauce.
Soup - 5/5
They serve three different types of soup with rich flavour. Be warned that some of them are really spicy, which is what Sichuan dishes are famous for. For people who cannot deal with spicy food, you can order 'Yuan Yang Guo' or 'San Wei Guo', which have half or one - third of non-spicy mushroom soup.
Food - 4/5
Fresh food is the best for hot pot. Food here is nice, especially for some hotpot dishes that are rare in other places.
Sauce - 5/5
They have all the traditional sauce for hot pot. The garlic one is really nice.
Price - 3/5
Price wise, it is not cheap. However, generally speaking, hot pot restaurants are more expensive compared to other cuisine. So, the bigger the group, the better, as you can share diverse food and the cost.

Very good authentic Chinese hot pot! Good menu choices and not too expensive! Highly recommend this hot pot place!
Spricy chinese hot pot night. We booked the table of four in adavnce so that we dont have to queue on a busy Fri night. The food were amazing especially the beef. (極級肥牛) I will highly recommended you to come and try if you haven't taste chinese hot pot before. P.S. they only take cash
Authentic Sichuan hot pot. We got brains. Love it. Tofu was amazing. Can pay with WeChat Pay. Only problem is you can’t separate bills if you pay by cards.
We met with friends (3 kids & 3 adults) and chose this restaurant as somewhere which was close by and looked nice and was open. The style was Chinese ‘hot pot’ which none of us had had any more. It consists of some note stock which is served in a bowl set into the table over a low flame, with various pieces of meat, fish & vegetables which you cook to your liking using nothing but the chopsticks & the ladles. It was a chaotic but very enjoyable experience and the food was really delicious. The Sichuan pepper stock was incredibly hot, so I was very glad we chose the 3 stock option which had a vegetarian stock and a light chicken stock as well! The service was very friendly and we came away having had a really good time. I would definitely go again.

I really enjoyed this restaurant. The service was good. You can pay with your card now!!!
The "normal" spicy soup is really spicy, so beware!!! It gets mega busy, but we didn't need a reservation. Having read previous reviews, I was expecting a much more expensive restaurant, but it wasn't the case (but then again, maybe we just ask for very few plates of food)
Our main complaint was the music choice (pop)
Their ingredients are quite fresh and good quality, pity they don't have that much rice noodle selection! Their mushroom plate is great, but avoid the pork meatballs, they don't work that well in a hot pot. Could expand on their drink selection! The little VIP area is very cosy, don't book for more than 6-7 people!
Me and my friend are big fans of a good quality hot pot, it seems to be easy as you don’t really need to have anyone cooking as you cook yourself, however for some reason it’s very difficult to find one good quality authentic hotpot in London. We were advised to visit that place, we were sceptical however when we came there we found out that most customers are Chinese (good sign) it proves it’s authenticity. The staff were Asian as well , so they were very familiar with the products they serve and could easily advise or help you with your choice. Moreover despite the menu filled with pictures which makes it way easier especially for those who are not very family with the Asian cousin you can come to the fridge yourself and choose and pick the products which you find attractive (menu is good, but when you see it in reality it’s even better). Then we are as spoiled and difficult clients of course managed not to find something what we wanted in the menu however the manager (or however that amazing woman were) asked the kitchen to make it for us, that was something that in reality we didn’t even expect. And the most amazing thing that when it came for the bill, having 2 bottles of wine, 3 bottles of water and nearly everything from the menu for 3 of us we only spent £50 each ! Amazing place! Definitely recommend!
P.s. we didn’t recognise how long we stayed there, we left very late and nobody even tried to let us know they were closed, they patiently waited for us to finish!
I confused this place with another and had never had Chinese hot pot before. The staff I think recognised this and helped me when ordering and knowing what needed cooking and what didn't. They even offered me a fork, although I didn't accept! Overall it was very tasty, attentive staff and detailed menu.
The real Chinese hot pot: I have been in China several times, and this is what hot pot should be. The chilly broth is deliciously spicy, and if you are not into very chilly food you can opt for a milder broth.
Warnings:
- they only take cash, or payment through a bunch of Chinese payment methods
- as in real Chinese hot pot places, your clothes will smell of chilly oil when you get out of there :) but it’s part of the experience!
