The foods are amazing. Especially Dyshe, she treats us so nice and so friendly. There was a group of people kept smoking next to us and she came to rescue us. She’s an angel.

Excellent service by the staff. Always ready to help. Reasonably affordable, as we have to watch the pennies. In these difficult times. Good place to catch up with friends for a coffee.

Unusual as it may seem to review a McDonalds ("aren't they all the same?").
I just wanted to commend the staff here but in particular the manager on the ground. Nice to see leading from the front and as a result this is the smoothest running McDonalds I have ever visited. Friendly too. Keep it up.

It's in a busy shopping centre and I went at lunch time which will be even busier than usual. I used the electronic ordering point. I had to ask someone for a 'table tent' as there were none anywhere at the points. The tables were clean and there was enough seating. The food did take about 10 minutes to arrive. There are staff cleaning all the time and they keep the tables and bin areas tidy. Pity about the food, I'm not a fan of McDonald's and used it for convenience.

Recently (during the pandemic caused restrictions) on an average weekend it can be very busy. Long queues and waiting times. Poor staff must be overwhelmed. Must be exhausting. Anyhow, the quality is not bad, the service could be a bit improved but overall good experience if I don't calculate the waiting time and long queue (but this is not down to the staff).
