The chicken must have walked through the Sahara dessert before it made its way to my sandwich, it was so dry it vapored to dust when I took the first bite. By the way it’s more of a burger than sandwich. Totally tasteless. Zero people in queue and maybe for a good reason. The cashier was not in a happy place while taking our order. Avoid this place at any cost even if it’s a 15 minute cue on ALL other places at the eCXel

It sounds like this place is variable from the other reviews. But they have filter coffee and I'm from the US, so that made up my mind. My chilli chicken (no mayo) sandwich was lovely - perfectly cooked chicken, high end bun with a nice egg glaze. Veg came on the sandwich (a plus to me), and the sauce was tasty, though it could have been spicier. The nicest meal I had at the ExCel in three days.

The burger and chips was lovely, couldn’t fault it! The attitude and rudeness on the side was a surprise! Really let the place down, girl handing out the food was nice but both servers were rude, trying to rush us along and pulled faces, rolled eyes and tutted, real shame

Dry, chicken was pink. The man who picked up our order to give it to us had his fingers in his mouth eating chips and then grabbed our stuff. Didn’t wash his hands!

First of all the cashier was very rude when we said wow that a lot for burger and chips she pulled a face and said cash or card.
Secondly a burger with chips and a can was £12.80, now I can forgive the price because being on in the excel their rent must be high but the food was tasteless. Chicken was dry and chewy, I threw the chicken burger away had a few chips and left.
I do not recommend this place even though the takeaway looks good the chicken is one of the worst I’ve ever tasted.

Awful - chefs homemade sauce tastes like vomit. The chicken was dry, the bun soggy, the chips had a chemically taste to them (and soggy) but the most frightening part were the staff - so angry, so bitter, the cashier made a few faces too. The oddest fast food place I have ever been to, I should have gone elsewhere. Plus, the 'meal deal' cost me over £12!!

Looked and smelled good, but I stood waiting to be served and was completely ignored by the front staff. They saw me waiting, but completely blanked me.
So I left and got pizza instead.

The dryest most tasteless chicken I've ever had, 2 portions of chicken strips for £16...such a rip off!!! Staff openly arguing with one another about doing the cleaning. Everything overpriced you in excel, but definitely should avoid this place!
