What's not to love ❤️ about Selfridges! Went shopping with the bestie and we had to pop in to this iconic place! Such a vibe! Love it!

Excellent service across departments in store and also online. Selfridges now has a cinema, changing exhibitions, a skate bowl and an amazing art book department. There are points of interest on every floor and on a quiet day the customer experience is wonderful.

Super large warehouse/department store.
All kinds of worldbrands you will find here.
We came here to see the Christmas store in October.

A luxury shopping experience! Awe inducing high end luxury and clean, but can be crowded in late afternoons.
The Christmas shoppe and experiential electronics sections also recommended.
Give the upper level toy shopping experience a try, the walkable working 🎹 is a cool treat.

Wonderful customer service here — Vogue pop-up, Aesops, Louis Vuitton, Frederic Malle counter, Lisa Eldridge, It Cosmetics, Chanel Beauty to name a few in the Ground Floor when I visited (15 Sep 2023). Interesting and eye catching visual merchandising displays, a visual treat for the eyes and those who appreciate the art.

Above and beyond any expectations. It is a grand place to shop. You have all the best brands imaginable. Dior, Channel, Valentino, DeBeers, Chopard, and this is just a small part of the fashion and jewelry departments. There are the pastries, the coffee shops, the perfumes and everything else any may want or need. Mr. Selfridge, you would be proud of your store because it is the grandest and dreamiest place to shop. Thank you for the unforgettable experience.

It was my first time at toys section after been to Selfridges for 4 years hahaha
They offers variety of products, boys girls, new born, lots of books too.
Still my favorite department store compare to Harrods. Sellers are nicer, more friendly, more helpful. It’s also funny when they know where I am from and ask if I know the company who took over Selfridges (Central group). I think it’s adorable and really shows that they do care about what’s going on in their work place.

This department store offers an extensive selection of designer fashions, perfumes, makeup, and cosmetics across its four floors. The variety is impressive, catering to different tastes and styles. However, some shoppers may find that the prices for designer items can be a bit steep. Nonetheless, if you're looking for a diverse shopping experience with high-quality products, this store has a lot to offer.

No doubt, it’s the best place in London for shopping. You can always find nice clothing from different brand here, with occasional limited crossover / edition. When it comes to discount season, it will even turn into a paradise for hunting good stuff.

Totally different from what it used to be in my youth. Very over the top snobby, designer etc. Rather go to Harrods any day. Went to Yo! It was great fun!
