Wonderful customer service here — Vogue pop-up, Aesops, Louis Vuitton, Frederic Malle counter, Lisa Eldridge, It Cosmetics, Chanel Beauty to name a few in the Ground Floor when I visited (15 Sep 2023). Interesting and eye catching visual merchandising displays, a visual treat for the eyes and those who appreciate the art.

Above and beyond any expectations. It is a grand place to shop. You have all the best brands imaginable. Dior, Channel, Valentino, DeBeers, Chopard, and this is just a small part of the fashion and jewelry departments. There are the pastries, the coffee shops, the perfumes and everything else any may want or need. Mr. Selfridge, you would be proud of your store because it is the grandest and dreamiest place to shop. Thank you for the unforgettable experience.

It was my first time at toys section after been to Selfridges for 4 years hahaha They offers variety of products, boys girls, new born, lots of books too. Still my favorite department store compare to Harrods. Sellers are nicer, more friendly, more helpful. It’s also funny when they know where I am from and ask if I know the company who took over Selfridges (Central group). I think it’s adorable and really shows that they do care about what’s going on in their work place.

However, some shoppers may find that the prices for designer items can be a bit steep. Nonetheless, if you're looking for a diverse shopping experience with high-quality products, this store has a lot to offer.
