It's not the best coffee from Costa, but drinkable. Friendly staff and was happy with the service ☺️
It was the first “cafeteria” I visited in London. Workers are very nice (even if you do not speak English, they are very nice to help you understand) and it is a good place to have breakfast or to have something quickly. Its location is comfortable too.
As the coffee here is excellent, the staff are also very friendly.

The staff are really friendly and helpful. Greeted by nice smiles. They sorted me out with an extra reward coffee bean which I really appreciated. Thanks 😊👌🏾
We happened to stop here, a lovely place, we took two coffees (medium) and a cookie, a total of 10 euros. Inexpensive and really nice☺️ The cashier is really nice

Served quickly and by friendly staff, but the entire upstairs was a mess. Was mainly down to how busy it was, in fairness, as there seemed to only be 2 staff in.
The lady that served me and my children today called Mihaela was lovely! I had a voucher that wasn't registering properly but she took time to get it sorted. Excellent customer service, thank you again!
A pretty nice Costa with seating downstairs. The staff are OK, although the person who served me rolled her eyes when I made a mistake whilst ordering (before she put the order through), then made me repeat myself another 2 times until she understood. The seating downstairs is ok, although not very big. The tables are quite small to work on, especially if two people are there. The underground trains make the place rumble a bit as they go beneath the shop, as well!

While latte is medium flat white is realy proper.
Good service, top black coffee & convenient location, right next to Mornington Crescent station! The only down side is that is always busy.
