Decent place. Good customer service. Requested that the grill platter be cooked medium, was not disappointed. Good takeout food. Will return again.

The food overall was good. They give a lot of donner meat and me being a big foodie I was very full it was also very flavourful. The chips were okay so we’re the wings. The grilled chicken did lack a bit of flavour on the outside but the inside was moist. Will recommend for those who haven’t tried.

This was the only place that served healthy food (as well as your fried) at 5pm that was still open whilst the other two in Burdett Road (Mile End Rd side) that was putting their chairs up for end of day closure.
🍔🍟 Food was good - Gourmet Burger and Grill Burger meal. Taste compared to experiences of all grill places reviewed to 2020 February in Google is TasteFactor™3.5 of 5. Had requested the burger not to be charred/burnt marks, they tried their best however, it's not their speciality since not many people know burnt food is one of the source of cancer (according to WHO), and probably customers are still loving the burnt taste on their taste buds. 🌯🍗
👨🍳⏳Customer service from workers were genuinely pleasant SateFactor™ 4.5 of 5. Waiting was as informed 10 minutes, and well communicated 🕢👩🍳
💷 The price were average (good), not exorbitant for this decade and location £5 a quality meal although some places charge couple of dime more for the same taste and lesser service. 🧾
💺 Seating was comfortable, cushioned. Chairs were not too heavy to move around to sit comfortably. Environment was busy, DIY work was being carried out in the back temporarily - high decibel, along with customer's included children who were quite noisy contributing to dampened experience.
Overall, I'd say it's a pleasant place to enjoy your evening as long as staff give due attention to the comfort of the dining experience of their customers.
Personally the best chicken & chips in London, top quality chicken, there's no better around, excellent service & a very good environment!

Food was really good, really enjoyed it, would recommend there naga wings and chilli sauce is on point
Was walking around the area and saw their menu outside advertising 20 Naga wings for £9.99. Was caught off guard by how tasty these were when I got home, will definitely revisit! Great value and flavour.
Normal fried chicken experience. Staff were generous and gave extra chicken wings.
Try their doner kebab. Its amazing. Great service. Great food. Always a pleasure to visit the store.
I like the fact that they do slightly bigger chips than the rest of the fried chicken shops, you get more potato per bite.
The chicken wings were ok, nothing special, I think I prefer the spice hut chilli sauce though.
Price wise, the whole strip of fried chicken shops offer the same prices so not too bad.
Went looking for a small meal to get me by as i was on a budget and was running around doing household chores, the restaurant itself was clean, staff were attentive with the order, but for £2.49 the Kids burger,chips, drink was probably very bad value, I know things are hard but the size of the burger was like if it was made for a toddler? Ridiculously small and the portion of the chips was also well below average size, the taste was OK not great or terrible, the best bit about the whole meal was the chilly sauce a bit runny but at least it had a kick in terms of the spiciness.I only believe in being transparent so my suggestion would be for the menus to be reprised and for any potential customer to try and see for yourself, as for me I think I'll try to go somewhere else for my burgers which aquire to my stomach size!
