Do not order from here. The food came over an hour late, we couldn’t get through in the phone, the food was cold and there were items missing. The driver told us there was many deliveries which caused a delay so we requested se money back for the wait as just eat suggested us to. The restaurant then replied saying we won’t be getting a refund because the reason for lateness was because “the driver was stuck in traffic” so I’m currently trying to resolve the issue on Just Eat. Thank you Hot Wok👍🏼

Food took over 3 hours to come. Rang once after 1 hour 45 minutes. Originally they hung up, then I rang again for it to be engaged, then rang further for them to confirm it will be 30 minutes longer. After another hour and a half food finally arrived. Pancake rolls and chicken balls were cold and stodgy. Food was horrible. Only good thing was the ribs. Will not be ordering from here again. Gave it a first time chance and definitely the last.

Terrible customer service. Order was delayed by two hours and I refused to take it, as I had cancelled with Hot Wok and Just Eat prior to when it was initially late by more than an hour. The restaurant hadn't even cooked it when it was more than one hour late. Hot Wok lied to Just Eat saying they sent it 40mins earlier so not to give refund. I now have to fight for my refund for something I didn't get and that I cancelled twice with Just Eat and Hot Wok. This is the worst delivery service experience I have ever had. I cannot comment on the food as I never ate from them because the delivery was so late. Avoid at all cost!!! And dodge Just Eat!!!

I made an order at 7:30pm to be told the 4 dishes would be delivered at 8:25 which I accepted for Chinese on a Friday night. As my boyfriend ordered kebab that was due at the same time I was still sat waiting whilst he was tucking in at 8:45. I allowed some time to be late as I have worked in the food industry and understand. Eventually after I aged gracefully my food arrived at approximately 9:29, yes that’s 2 hours after I ordered, lucky me! The driver pulled up and I state ‘ah a bit late’ a bit late?? He then told me to contact the resteraunt which I had done 89 times trying to call them. Their food was cold and rotten, rice looked like uncooked maggots. Disgusting service and disgusting food- no thankyou good bye

The food came on time. The rice seemed old. We ate one serving and threw away the rest. Even the prawn crackers didn’t seem good quality. Some of the best pancake rolls I’ve eaten though.

My food was suppose to be here an hour ago!!! I have been in contact with the restaurant and there response is "oh I think we've already delivered here" well you obviously havnt otherwise I wouldn't still be calling you asking for my delivery. One very angry customer. Will not order from you ever again. This is also my first experience with you so you havnt done a great job!!!

Do not order from this restaurant. I ordered my food at 6pm, it is now 8:10pm and my food has still not been delivered. Customer service at this Chinese is awful. On Just Eat the time said 35-40 minutes. To when I confirmed my delivery the time jumped up to 1 hour and 30 minutes. I have now been waiting over 2 hours. Awful service. Just Eat we’re also no help!

Customer service has disappointed me. I have ordered from here before great food. Great prices. Tonight however i have a hen party for my mum with 8 family members here. First issue was not being able to order through just eat i then phone and i am told i can not pay by card through the phone. so i ask can i collect and use card in shop they tell me yes. I make my order. The man stops me talking and says ' i cant order more as its reached £60. He then says i need to come to the shop because he thinks im joking ( its a hoax ) I explain its a hen party i couldnt order so would like to collect offer card details as back up... he then says No cant do it and then all of a sudden they dont accept card payments either. Really annoyed lost my custom. Aint willing to help at all so bought else where. Thats £70 in somone elses till.
