Went with friends to Nazrul Brick Lane last Friday and had a blast. Waitstaff were friendly and we loved the modern-rustic decor. Food arrived fast and tasted incredible - the tandoori dishes were so juicy and full of spice.

The meal was really tasty. Strongly suggest the grilled lamb chops and chicken biryani, as the meat was incredibly juicy and tender and bursting with flavor. They took their time to attend to all of our needs and make us feel welcome, and their customer service was excellent.

Loved that our waiter would return merely to visit her. Ingrid I believe she was adored. With their enthusiasm, they created a lovely Barbie day. The food was excellent.

Extremely popular at all locations, so make reservations a few days in advance. I really liked the dish of potatoes; it had just the right amount of spiciness and was served with a refreshing yogurt.

Bari was an excellent server! The meal was superb, with the right amount of spice. It was a very contemporary and cozy atmosphere. Extremely recommended!

Came across this restaurant late Saturday night just before it closed. The staff was lovely and gave us a few suggestions. We ordered the chicken korma, chicken madras, lamb blast, rice, garlic nan, and popadoms with dips. I often feel that Brick Lane Indian restaurants can feel pre-cooked or reheated. This was great despite being at 11pm. It was lively and fast service. Really tasty, and perfect portion sizes. Great value for money, and received an additional 20% off.
Would not hesitate to return if in the area again.

I went for the 10 pound meal. The starter which was a chicken tikka was horrid. It tasted nothing like actual chicken tikka and a lot like tomato sauce. Horribly sweet. The nan and the chicken curry were decent.

My friend took me to Nazrul Brick Lane. I am not a great fan of very spicy food so I was a little apprehensive in the beginning. But all my fears were put to rest after tasting their delectable curries and naans. Palak paneer was the best out of all. The gravy and the spices had beautifully mixed together and tasted really good.

Happiness on a Friday night is an Indian meal at Nazrul on Brick Lane. With so many restaurants and forthright invitations from keen restaurant workers who insist they offer the best food, it can be confusing and difficult to choose. You must try Nazrul. It's one of the originals, and the food really is the best. The naan breads are thinner, less doughy, and more traditional. The vegetable dishes, such as Bombay Aloo are perfectly spiced and the chicken dishes are cooked to perfection, really bursting with flavour. The service is good too, friendly all male waiters attend to your every need, opening your beer and making sure you are comfortable. They really work for a well deserved tip. Don't forget when you first get there to ask for a 20% discount card which they'll give you to buy beer from just up the road (three doors away).
