Offered to warm the baguette up, and it was soft, warm and tasty :) But: it's expensive (£14.78 for one baguette, one bottle of water, and two teas), the baguette filling chicken and stuffing is very salty so was a bit disappointing, and there is no way to find calorie information, even on Upper Crust's own website! That should be available at least on the website these days.
