We were craving for something sweet and appealed by the promotion sign of Costa Coffee on the street. The photo on the sign was the Ruby Chocolate & Light Dairy Swirl, which looked amazingly pretty in dreamy pink color.
We did get their Ruby Chocolate drink with less whipped cream to share with two
I did not order, i only needed a pin to remove my sim card . Which was done by the female worker three times with a very beautiful attitude

THE BEST COSTA COFFEE because the mixed race French female staff is the best! So welcoming and friendly with a great memory too. I just dislike the prices!

One of the Best Costa’s in the UK! Windy, Iubna, Mihaela, Isabella and Angelika really do provide immaculate customer service. They are always so friendly and make excellent coffees!!! Really think that Costa should reward their staff for being so amazing!!
The service was exceptional, and the cafe was clean and tidy. I was served promptly without a hitch. The only downside is the lack of toilet facilities here. Still, the arrangement with the next door cafe overcomes that deficit….
Two ladies made my day on this week. Mihaela and Windy. They are amazing. Their smiles and the best hot chocolate I've ever tasted will keep me coming back.
I have stopped here as waiting for my husband, so don’t really come this way. And I have to say this is the nicest Costa I’ve ever been to. Clean, tidy and the girls behind the counter are the sweetest. I’ve sat here for 30 min and they are so sweet and joking with customers. Also service is soooo f
Amazing customer service! I had an amazing experience today.. as soon as popped up the store the lady on the counter greeted me with a warm and big smile! The coffee was amazing and the smile of the lady made my day! :)
Very small. Otherwise amazing food and service.
Lovely drinks. Very small place but great service and friendly staff. Place could have dome with a clean. We say by stairs and the rails and spindles were fifty, as were the floors. Also no toilets in there.
This has been my local Costa for a couple of years now whilst working in the area. The staff have always been very friendly and nice - particularly Sunny and Ariel. I choose this Costa over all the other coffee shops in the area as the coffee always tastes good and i always receive amazing service.
Standard Costa store, but not too clean.
I love Costa coffee and this branch in particular is very close to my heart.
