While I sympathise with the last reviewer (I went there once and we dined alone - last time I went the kitchen was closed), you should really should have stuck it out becuase the food is very good indeed. The chicken nairobi is what a proper curry should be, not made from some bog standard base gravy and with discernible flavourings. breads were yum too.
It won't win any awards for looks or buzz (i must have driven past it a million times until an indian work colleague recommended it - so its a bit of a secret to many) but if its good food you are after then dont drive past it

Our favourite curry house in the area… really great freshly cooked food, friendly local feel, and the monthly jazz nights are something special. Never seen jazz in a curry house before!

Not exactly flashy but with better reviews than any other Indian Restaurant in Finchley we thought we should give it a go. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the food is amazing.
We'll definitely be going back!

Great food, friendly service, relaxed atmosphere (but it gets plenty exciting in the bar area on big match nights)...Couldn't recommend it more.
