Good coffees and cakes. Would have 4/5 stars but they serve everything in paper cups - very wasteful. The muffin I had (very nice) came in a completely unnecessary fancy box. Hardly environmentally friendly unfortunately.

Very disappointing experience. The person that served me said he would bring my order to me when ready. 5 minutes later my name shouted out - to collect my things. The packaging for the sandwich is very over the top and not environmentally friendly. Considering sustainability is key at the moment.
