Situated right next to the Odeon in Surrey Quays it's a popular place to go after or before a movie therefore it is constantly busy, the place is spacious, loud and lively, and its common to find children and teenagers there, especially for parties.
The staff are nice and friendly and they do try and get people to tables quickly, the food comes quickly and the pizzas taste great (i prefer the thin base ones to the thick bases)
For a smallish busy restaurant i believe the staff are polite and are great under pressure.
Went here recently with a friend. I ordered the meaty pizza. I really enjoyed it. Tasted so good. The staffs are polite and respectful. The Atmosphere wasn’t too bad. It was okay, there was a lot of kids around when I went so there were a few running around and doing what kids do, it didn’t stop me from enjoying my pizza so I will come back. The price is decent but the prices for drinks is a bit ludicrous.
I rarely eat out. It's always a treat for myself and family because of our diet. But I've been to this particular pizza hut twice and I must say the place is very clean and tidy. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. I've met one Manager who was very helpful and friendly and another who wasn't too accomodating. Would not name names🤫 .Nevertheless I will revisit and would let my friends and family know how the Surrey Quays branch has been a pleasure to visit. Keep up the good work staff.👏👏 You all should be proud of your hard work. Especially to maintain a place a an exceptional standard.
