Situated right next to the Odeon in Surrey Quays it's a popular place to go after or before a movie therefore it is constantly busy, the place is spacious, loud and lively, and its common to find children and teenagers there, especially for parties.
The staff are nice and friendly and they do try and get people to tables quickly, the food comes quickly and the pizzas taste great (i prefer the thin base ones to the thick bases)
For a smallish busy restaurant i believe the staff are polite and are great under pressure.
We went to eat pizza buffet, the waiting time wasn’t too long. Staff was very professional ensuring that the place was clean and food was there and hot all the time. Children love it and said was the best day in their life 😀.
Had a great experience in this Pizza Hut!! There were around 20 of us and the staff were very very accommodating. Particularly Nahian - he went above and beyond to make sure our visit was special. We were celebrating my nephew's birthday, so we all truly appreciate Nahian and the staff's efforts to make it a memorable lunch. Thank you!

Parking
Loads of parking space.
Just be aware, it is quite a squeeze to get inside the car park. I am not sure why they put the barriers.
Food: the food is fine. It is Pizza Hut! The buffet is generally well stocked and the kids area for ice cream is generally well stocked!
Service: the staff work hard and they are polite. No complaints at all.
Atmosphere: it is very good. You go there, you eat, generally all good.
Went here recently with a friend. I ordered the meaty pizza. I really enjoyed it. Tasted so good. The staffs are polite and respectful. The Atmosphere wasn’t too bad. It was okay, there was a lot of kids around when I went so there were a few running around and doing what kids do, it didn’t stop me from enjoying my pizza so I will come back. The price is decent but the prices for drinks is a bit ludicrous.

The location is nice, it's just on the other side of Surrey Quays Shopping Centre, getting here isn't too much of a mission, there's Canada Water station just a slight walk away which uses Jubilee and Overground, Surrey Quays station, which uses Overground, you can take a bus there which stops very close and of course you can drive.
The place itself is at a good size, great for a kids party, large family meal.
The interior is nice too, it's what you'd expect from a Pizza Hunt.
The staff on that day were friendly and helpful, can't knock them.
All in all, it was a nice family experience.

The food was excellent and the service was excellent! Really liked the salad bar and the bottomless drink included in our offer. The food was well presented too.
The salad section was clean and well looked after. The price has only gone up by a £1 which was really good. The staff were accommodating especially the manager. Really lovely guy who looked after us well and even stopped to have a lovely conversation. - Mrs. Amo xx
Great service. We went there for 9pm A few issues at the start but this was quickly rectified by the manager & staffs. The staffs are super friendly and welcoming. Excellent food and great service. Thank you all x
